Water Base Printing Ink (YM-6000)

Application Field:

YM-6000 water base printing ink was mainly used for the surface dying of . Its applicable for PE plastic EVA (foam), EPE, EPS, formable adhesive & other materials.

Good gloss & flexibility, excellent adhesion & water resistance, chemical resistant, high temp resistant, non-toxic.

Tech Specification:

1. Color: please refer to the standard color pantone (we can adjust the color according to customers requirements)

2. Non-volatile Matter Content: 40% + 2

3. Adhesion: 100%

4. Humidity Resistance: 70/ 75%rh * 48 hours

5. Color Metal: Heavy metal content up to SGS national standard, refer to <<SGS>> certificate

Operation Instruction:

1. Mix Evenly: mix the printing ink evenly before use, dilute it with water & remix them together, clean the material surface before hand spray, hand paint or dipping

2. Surface Treatment: clean the material surface before hand spray, hand paint or dipping.

3. Dry Condition: Finger point dry --- 25 ~ 30 minutes

                         Solid dry --- 24 hours

                         Heavy Paint --- 30 hours

4. Seal the mixed printing ink carefully to avoid deteroprate.

Caution:

1. The product is flammable; please keep it away from fire source. Smoking isnt permitted in the operation workshop.

2. Try to avoid the contact to the skin & inbreathe too much printing ink spray, wear protection respirator.

3. If touch to the skin or eyes, clean it with pure water at once, & go to see the doctor after that.

4. Keep good ventilation in the workshop; store the product under cool & dry weather.

5. Seal the barrel carefully, keep it away from children.

Fire Control Measure:

Use foam, dioxide, dry powder extinguishing agent, fire control sand to extinguish the fire.
