Safety Standard

All printing ink with none heavy metal mask is up to the toy heavy metal test (EN, 71) standard.

Treated polypropylenes: like plastic made product, board material, sheet material, partial treated PE products and so on.

Product Features:

MONOLEN PLUS: 165-34T (420 or less)

Surface dry volatilization: nature volatilization: around 6 -12 minutes

40sirocco dries: around 3-6 minutes

Cleaner: HR-707 (net board cleaner)

Dilution: PP solvent or HR-783

Antifoaming Agent: HR-707 (oil antifoaming agent)

Print Cover Area: 30 40 square meters/ kg

Color Match System

Adjust (match) with this series printing ink, cant be mixed with other type printing ink.

Operation Instruction

1. Mix evenly before use (around 10 minutes), seal carefully after use.

2. According to request, add 10% - 40% dilution during mixing process.

3. Mixed color print, print the next color after the 1^st one was dry.

4. Use dilution to open the sealed net, wait until the solvent is volatile before printing.

5. If there is parting agent left on hard plastic made products, the adhesion will be effected, use cleaning naphtha to clean it

6. Cant be mixed with other printing ink, or the quality will be changed.

Cautions:

1. Try the printing ink before mass production, as factorys material character is different.

2. The printing ink will appear gel look after long time storage, please mix it to improve printing effect.

3. Choose low drying speed dilution for fine line or net point picture print.

4. If print with air bubble in printing ink, the ink film will produce air bubble or pinhole.

5. Silk net or printed surface with static, the ink film will produce pinhole.

6. Any poor quality by misusing of additive or dilution, will affect printing effect.

7. Match the printing ink with PP adhere for untreated PP material.

8. High temp/ humidity will affect printing ink quality.

9. Wait until the solvent in the print film is volatile to fold them for shipment.

10. Choose different drying speed dilution according to different weather.
